We strongly recommend that you use Collect+ as the most convenient way to return items. The easiest way to make a return is to take your parcel to a Collect+ point, available at over 3000 local stores across the UK. Most stores are open 7 days a week. To find your most convenient store, ask us next time you place an order or visit www.collectplus.co.uk

You can also return items through the Post Office. Please return items within 14 days, unused and in their original packaging, and with any security tags in tact.
 
Ensure that your parcel is securely packaged and enclose your completed returns note, providing a reason for return and ensuring the returns address label is fixed securely to the outer packaging.

If the garment was delivered in a box, please re-pack into the box, tape securely and apply the returns label to the outside. If received in a hanging shroud then please carefully fold around the hanger in its shroud, secure with tape and apply the returns label to the outside. Please don't forget to include the returned goods note with your return.
 
The Post Office will provide you with a receipt which you should retain until the item has been credited back to your account.
 
Please allow up to 7 days from the date of collection for your account to be credited for Collect+ and Home Delivery Network collections, and 14 days for goods returned via the Post Office.
