My promotional code is not working
There are several reasons why the code you used may not have worked. For example:
- The promotion period may have ended.
- Your order may not have met the requirements for the promotion. (Order value, first order only, etc)
- You may not have entered the code correctly.
Please check that you have entered the code correctly, and where possible, you have met the criteria for the promotion. If you have, and the code still does not work, complete a promotion code form.
