You can shop with us in confidence because, for most products, we will replace or refund an item provided it is returned to us complete, unused and in its original packaging within the 28 day Approval Guarantee period. Each parcel will be accompanied by a returns note, which will contain all the information needed to return each item in the parcel.
 
Our packing bags contain 10% recycled material and are fully recyclable. They have an extra sealing strip to make it easier for you to re-use the bag if you need to return any item. Please open all packing bags carefully in case you need to return any part of your order. We will recycle any of our packing bags that you return to us. If you have no further use for the bags please dispose of them responsibly.

Before arranging your return, please refer to the Approval Guarantee checklist:

-  Items must be returned within the 28 day approval period.
 
-  Ensure the product is unused, complete and safely wrapped in its original packaging and that any security tags are still intact.
 
-  Stick the returns note adequately packaged and labelled may not reach us in a reasonable condition and may cause your refund to be refused.
 
-  Ensure that you get a proof of postage receipt or have your returns note receipt stamped. Keep this in a safe place in case of any query about the return. If you cannot produce a proof of return on a query, we reserve the right not to refund your credit or debit card.

-  Please enclose a returns note with each item indicating the reason for return.
 
-  Returns will not be accepted if the Approval Guarantee conditions are not met. This does not affect your statutory rights.
